Jonathan Baum
I bring over four decades of experience in the funds industry, primarily as a lawyer, but also as a fund principal, investment banker, and chief restructuring officer. Relationships I have developed during my career allow me and the teams that I form and lead to execute engagements typically associated with a handful of international law firms and at a fraction of their fees.
Where I'm coming from
My career has been star studded with good fortune, some cleverly disguised as challenges. As a result, I find myself living in the perfect small town with clients in the US, UK, and Hong Kong. Along the way I had the opportunity to:
